This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how we process the personal data you share with us through our website.
1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity: your first and last name.
- Contact: your phone number.
- Enquiry: the topic you choose and the content of your message.
- Security: technical logs kept by our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as IP address, date and time, and browser information.
Please do not include sensitive data (such as health, religion or ID numbers) or anything not needed for your enquiry in your message.
3. Why We Process It
- To answer your enquiry and call you back,
- To give information about products, prices, custom design and buying or selling gold, and to plan your store visit,
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse (such as automated spam),
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds and How We Collect It
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website and processed on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK:
- (c) it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (answering your pre-purchase enquiry),
- (ç) it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations,
- (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (following up your enquiry and site security).
5. Who We Share It With
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. It is shared only as far as needed to provide the service:
- Hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.): the infrastructure the website and contact form run on.
- E-mail delivery provider: forwards your message to our store's e-mail address.
- Authorised public authorities: only when required by law.
As these providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad in line with the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of KVKK.
6. How Long We Keep It
Information sent through the contact form is kept for no longer than 1 (one) year after your enquiry is concluded, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised, unless the law requires a longer period.
7. Cookies and the Map
Our website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. To see how often pages are visited and how fast they load, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Your browser's temporary storage is only used to keep your place on the page when you switch language or reload, and holds no personal data.
The Google Map on the contact page only loads when you press "Show Map". Google may then process data under its own privacy policy.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, or deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK, and ask that third parties it was transferred to be notified,
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
9. How to Apply
You can send your request in writing, with information confirming your identity, to Kemalpaşa Mah. Çarşı Cad. No:145, Merkez, Çanakkale, Türkiye, or by e-mail to [email protected], in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
