What are your opening hours?+
Our store is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 19:00. We are closed on Sundays.
Are you open on Saturdays and Sundays?+
We are open on Saturdays too, 09:00 – 19:00. We are closed on Sundays and open again on Monday at 09:00. If you have a question on a Sunday, send it through our contact form and we will reply on the next working day.

I'm coming from another town in Çanakkale province. Where is your store?+
Our store is in central Çanakkale, at Çarşı Street No:145. If you are coming from Lapseki, Çan, Ezine, Bayramiç, Biga or Gökçeada, call us before you set off and we will set aside the pieces you are interested in. Our contact page has a map with directions.
Do your pieces come with a guarantee?+
Every piece comes with lifetime care and cleaning. If a problem is caused by manufacturing, we fix it free of charge.
Are your designs ready-made or made to order?+
Both. You can choose from our ready-made collections or have a piece designed just for you; our craftsmen work with you at every stage, from sketch to setting.
Can I bring my old gold and have a new piece made?+
Of course. You can sell your old gold at its value or use it in your new design.
What is the difference between gram gold and jewellery gold?+
Gram gold is for investment, while jewellery gold is about design. The difference lies in the workmanship and design value; you can buy and sell both with us with confidence.
What if I get my ring size wrong?+
Don't worry: if the size is wrong, we resize your ring free of charge.
Can I have my purchase gift-wrapped?+
Every piece comes in its own box and carrier bag, and we can add a personal note if you like.
